ORIGIN
Created after a work by artist Dean Dickson, he was born in Palo Alto, California in 1949, but spent most of his childhood in Toledo, Ohio. He was exposed to many experiments at an early age at the Toledo Museum of Art. Dickson attended the University of Colorado in Boulder.
