The merkaba is supposedly the vehicle of light in the shape of a star tetrahedron that envelops us as humans and can be activated after meditation through visualization and breathing exercises, which could enable us to transcend time and space. With some profound breathing techniques, including breathing through our prana tube (an energetic channel running through our body, from the crown of our head to our pyreum (located between our anal opening and our genitals), visualization (of the star, a golden sphere surrounding us), and hand gestures/exercises (mudras in Indian/Sanskrit), this is supposedly within our capabilities. From our own experience, we've learned that a light begins to glow after these specific meditation techniques.
Aventurine is a green to reddish-brown variety of the mineral quartz. This gemstone usually occurs in green and cut varieties. Aventurine has a hardness of 7 and is found in Russia, the Urals, and China, among other places. Like many other varieties of quartz (such as amethyst and rose quartz), aventurine is cut for jewelry use. The chemical composition of aventurine is SiO2 + KAl2(OH,F)2 / AlSi3O10 + Cr. The ancient Greeks sewed aventurine into warriors' clothing to maintain their courage, ambition, and optimism.
