Think of places in the house where multiple souls are located or perhaps the souls of people who have passed away. The deceased, just like us, have carried energy with them and that energy, which can be both negative (anger and sadness) and positive, often lingers in a specific place. By energetically cleansing your home, room or workplace with sage, the energy channels will come back into balance and negative energy will disappear, the place will become pure and pleasant to be in again. **White sage from California is used in many cleansing ceremonies in, among others, the ancient Mayan culture, but also in contemporary Shamanic, Wicca, Angelic and Native American culture **Sage bundles should be lit above a Paua / Abalone shell covered with sand, gently blow on the burning sage to create smoke.
