Description
Resin incense is one of the oldest smoke-producing aromatics, burned for centuries in sacred rituals. But it's just as effective at infusing your home with evocative scents, and it's much easier to personalize. Resin incense is made from small beads of hardened tree sap, such as copal, dammar, and styrax. These resins are then colored and infused with essential oils. These are then mixed with other aromatics, such as Boswellia Papyrifera or Commiphora Myrrha, dried flower petals, and wood chips, to create a blend that smokes and releases a fragrance when heated. These resin incense blends are powerfully aromatic, so only a small amount (less than half a teaspoon) is needed per session. We've created our own range of blends, designed to evoke specific emotions or help create a desired atmosphere when working with spells and rituals. The best thing about incense resin is that you can vary its intensity by choosing how much you want to burn each time, so you don't have to be overwhelmed by a set amount like you would with incense sticks or cones.
