Tingsha's or cymbales antiques, small cymbals, each pair attached to a belt, used in Buddhism. They are usually beaten by the relatively thick edges against each other, but striking with a metal rod is also possible. Tingshas are sometimes equipped with ornamentation with motifs of Buddhism.

Just like the bowls tingsha is a ritual utensils. Tingsha are generally made of seven metals, like singing bowls. They are used by Buddhist monks, but were used before the advent of Buddhism. The pure sound of a few Tingshas has a particular effect on the functioning of the mind. When one takes such a resounding tingsha for each ear, creating a "stereo effect": it is as if the sound is singing right in the head, all wegvagend which there is still present in mind. In Tibetan Buddhist meditation rituals Tingshas used in different ways.
