Hotstones (Electrical heated) 

Increases circulation, facilitating maximum blood for optimum body functioning. Vaso-dilation of blood vessels causing and increase in blood flow around the body; providing the important fuel to keep the body functioning at total efficiency. Increases cell metabolism; thereby increasing the rate at which the body processes nutrients and toxins. Increase lymphatic function, thereby increasing detoxification, cleansing and elimination. Deep relaxation of muscles, helping to alleviate stress and tension. Creates a feeling of balance and harmony. Gives the client a deeper and longer lasting sense of relaxation. Preparing the stones: Wash them carefully after each use with water and salt for 20 minutes, dry the stone carefully and lubricate them with good oil e.g. almond oil. Keep the stones stored until the next use in a dry place. The use of stones: Put them in the suitcase and turn it on for 25 minutes. The stones have then a temperature of between 60 and 65 degrees Celsius. Always test if the stones are not too hot on your own hand. It is recommended that the stones are turned around during heating for some times. Do not remove the stone with a metal spoon out of the case but use a plastic spoon or pliers. Always take the stone in your own hands before applying on the skin of the person receiving the massage.

After use: Drink plenty of water, do not take hot baths and visit no sauna immediately after treatment.
