After receiving your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by email. TimmersGems will ship the ordered items within two business days, once the amount due has been credited to TimmersGems' account. The delivery times we specify will never be considered deadlines, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In the event of late delivery, we must therefore be notified of the default if you, as the customer, wish to cancel the purchase.
Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle the customer to any compensation or to breach of obligations to us as a supplier. If the delivered goods cannot be delivered within the agreed timeframe, TimmersGems will contact you immediately by email. This will take place within a reasonable timeframe, with a maximum of 7 days after ordering the goods.
TimmersGems charges shipping costs starting from €8,50 per 31 kilos, and in Belgium from €13 per 31 kilos. Items that do not comply with the volumetric weight may not be classified within the applicable shipping protocol.
