Returns Policy

TimmersGems acts as a wholesaler and, unlike sales to private individuals, does not have a return policy with a trial period. Returns are only accepted after prior written contact, provided there are clear defects or demonstrable and attributable negligence on the part of the seller. Returns are always at the buyer's expense. TimmersGems never actively participates in the product return process. Digital products are permanently excluded from returns. This also applies to sealed products, such as books and card decks.
