Rose Quartz (Rock of Love) is a quartz variety. The color varies from dark to very light, translucent pink. Rose Quartz named after the pink color is often cracked and mostly cloudy anything, the coloring materials are titanium and manganese. The American Museum of Natural History is a sphere of 625 carats of rose quartz exhibiting asterism.
