A horoscope is an astrological representation of the sky as seen from a specific place on earth at a specific time. The term is derived from the Greek "horoskopos", meaning "watching the hours" and "horoskopoi", "writer of the hour". According to astrology, there is a connection between the position of celestial bodies such as the sun, moon and planets and events that take place on earth. You can actually make a horoscope for any past, present or future event. It is therefore not the case that this event must necessarily be the birth of a human being, in which case we speak of a birth chart. In addition to birth horoscopes, there are also hour angle horoscopes, which predict the outcome of an event, election horoscopes to make a choice, mundane horoscopes to predict events at mundane level (stock exchange, earthquakes, etc.) and solar horoscopes to predict annual trends. The horoscope indicates the position of the sun, moon and planets at a specific time and place. These stands are placed in a frame of houses. Those houses are actually a projection of the twelve signs on earth, usually counted from the ascendant. This whole relates an astrologer to events that - in the past, present or future - take place on Earth. It is assumed that there is a connection between the position of the heavenly bodies and events on earth.
