The story behind the rosary
A rosary or paternoster is a praying necklace used in the Catholic church. The rosary is made from 5 large and 50 small beads and used for the rosary prayer. This prayer means the praying of (15 times) Our Father and (150 times) Hail Mary by going through the rosary 3 times. .During the prayer the prayer thinks about the live and suffering and resurrection of Christ. The praying of 150 times hail Mary is a simplification for the traditional church visitors that cannot memorize the 150 psalms like the brothers and monks could do perfectly. The name of the rosary comes due to Catholic tradition from a disclosure from Mother Mary herself. Every time one is praying the hail Mary pray Mother Mary is given a beautiful rose.
Every complete rosary is for her a co called throne of roses. Also in Islam and far away places you can find rosaries or necklaces looking like rosaries.
